It was a great honour for the Children's University of CTU to be invited by the Executive Director Mrs. Ing. Eva Hanáková to the prestigious SingularityU Czech Summit. It took place in Prague at Žofín palace on October 2, 2023 and brought together 25 visionaries from Silicon Valley and other parts of the world. Guests of the summit were European leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, politicians, world's leading scientists, as well as representatives of NGOs and outstanding students who had the opportunity to try the most advanced technologies in practice.
Representatives of the International Department of the Rector's Office of CTU in Prague and a representative of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering attended the 33rd annual EAIE conference for international higher education in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, from 26 to 29 September 2023.
In the premises of the Testbed for Industry 4.0, the CTU Space Research team presented Illustria, the largest student rocket in the Czech Republic, with which they will participate in the prestigious international competition European Rocketry Challenge in Portugal in October. The team developed the rocket at CTU in Prague with the support of academic and industrial partners.
Honeywell and Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlining research collaboration in areas that support sustainable aviation, Innovative Air Mobility (IAM) and the development of space technologies. The agreement aims to offer students the opportunity to work in teams at Honeywell's Brno R&D centre, the largest in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The conference Modern Practices in Distance Care and Rehabilitation Medicine has become a unique event providing an opportunity to meet experts, academics and students in the field of distance care and rehabilitation. The conference was held on 15 September 2023 and was co-organized by Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of Czech Technical University in Prague, 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and the Section of Telemedicine of Czech Association of Medical Physics of the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně.

Before the fifth year of the University Ice Hockey League, there is another important news from Prague. The Engineers Prague University Ice Hockey Club has undergone a significant change before the start of the new season. In addition to changing the official name to CTU Engineers Prague, the club logo is also changing. It is inspired by the emblem of the Czech Technical University in Prague, which is to become the primary represented university.
CTU rowers finish third at Bydgoszcz in Poland, where the European Universities Championship in rowing took place from September 7th-10th, 2023.
On Wednesday, 6 September 2023, the partnership between SITA and Faculty of Transportation Sciences of the Czech Technical University in Prague was renewed with the signing of a partnership focused on both the training of new professionals and project plans in the field of air transport.
