Almost twenty thousand people visited the fair in three days. The CTU exposition certainly could not complain about lack of interest. The exhibits on display, refreshments in the form of blue fizzy drinks, as well as the chill out zone and the sprayers' graffiti wall attracted visitors. And first of all, of course, the stands of individual faculties with information about studying and student life at CTU.

A novelty of this fair was the performance competition in CDuro Bike riding, which took place several times a day and gave the interested parties a hard time. Those who covered the longest distance in one minute were rewarded with small gifts from CTU. However, the carbon construction also attracted a lot of passers-by.

There was also a formula car, a motorcycle, a rocket, the Kadaň water slalom, an artificial intelligence candy maker, a tour of the anatomy of the human body, an air traffic control simulator, and the possibility of measuring eyesight and the popular robot Ludvík. There was also interest in fun elements such as "tattoos" with CTU motifs and the highly popular inflatable balloons. At the stations of all eight faculties and the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies throughout the three days, students tirelessly answered questions from thousands of people interested in studying at CTU, both high school students and their relatives or teachers. All the nine parts of the university also presented themselves in blocks of the programme in the lecture hall, which was filled to capacity. And directly to the teachers the university was introduced and their questions were answered in a separate block by the Vice-Rector of CTU Radek Holý.

The Prague Gaudeamus was traditionally held under the auspices of (among others) the Rector of CTU Vojtěch Petráček. As his workload did not allow him to attend the opening ceremony, the fair was opened on his behalf by Chancellor Lucie Orgoníková. She also received a diploma and a prize for the CTU for the 2nd place in the competition for the best exposition.

Now let's just hope that the fair was beneficial mainly for the visitors and that many of them will one day become successful graduates of our university.
