The exhibition Architecture as Work will be on display at the Jaroslav Fragner Gallery (GJF) until 31 August 2023, owned by CTU in Prague and part of the Bethlehem Beseda project. Its curator is Karolína Plášková, director of the GJF since January.

Dozens of people attended the opening in mid-June at the GJF. The exhibition within the project "Dear Architects..." explores the working conditions of architects, objects made and installed by more than a dozen of them. The Prague exhibition and its accompanying program are held with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic, the Capital City of Prague and the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic. Prague and the Foundation of Czech Architecture.

This is the first project that the CTU has presented after the reopening of the J. Fragner Gallery. It will be open to the public free of charge.

"The aim of the gallery will be to mediate architecture in its social, cultural, economic and legal dimensions. Understanding the context of architecture can contribute to mutual understanding, greater sociability and consideration in society. The projects in the gallery will have a longer-term character and will function as a thematic framework for the accompanying programme - Community building," says Karolína Plášková about the new concept of the gallery.

"The gallery should become a place for meetings and discussions between architects, students, researchers and other related professions such as art, sociology, anthropology, economics, etc., as well as with the general public," says Vojtěch Petráček, Rector of the CTU.
