A workshop on Agile methods in practice was held at the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies (MIAS) on Thursday, 24 March 2022. Head Agile Consultant KB Pavol Blaho together with his colleague, Agile Coach and the SCRUM MASTER, Václav Javanský, gave a lecture on agile ways of working. Using the example of KB's agile transformation, they introduced the participants to different agile project management methodologies and their advantages over traditional management methods.

The success of KB's agile transformation is proved by the fact that its story made it into textbooks for Harvard Business School students.

In cooperation with partners from the commercial sphere, the MIAS aims to link theoretical training with practice as closely as possible. The aim of the workshop was therefore to deepen the practical knowledge of its graduates in the field of agile project management methods for the Agile Bootcamp course. This course is traditionally offered every semester not only to Czech but also to foreign students of European technical universities within the framework of the EuroTeQ school-wide project, which is led at the institute by Libor Cupal, Dagmar Skokanová and Petr Fanta. The event, prepared in cooperation with top experts from Komerční banka, was also attended by students of the upcoming April Agile Bootcamp Design Sprint, for whom the training was an introduction to the course.
