On 23 June, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports Robert Plaga handed over the appointment decrees to the new professors appointed by the President on 15 December 2020. Among the new appointees are three professors from CTU.
Prof. Ing. Jan Hrdlička, Ph.D. from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, became professor in the field of Construction and Process Engineering; Dr. Ing. Daniel Rypl from the Faculty of Civil Engineering became professor in the field of Theory of Building Structures and Materials; and Prof. Ing. Tomáš Svoboda, Ph.D. from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering became professor in the field of Technical Cybernetics.
