Another summer novelty is the ŠKODA CITIGOe iV electric car. Thanks to it, Uniqway offers users a new direction in mobility: environmental friendliness and sustainability. "What I like most about Uniqway is that even an ordinary student can try driving a new and modern car. Therefore, as soon as Uniqway announced that it was including the new ŠKODA CITIGOe iV in the fleet, I wanted to test it as an enthusiast of modern technologies. Last week I finally got hold of it (there is a lot of interest in it, so it is often borrowed) to test the driving characteristics. I've had experience with other electric cars in the past, so I knew what to focus on. CITIGO is nimble, agile and ideal for the city not only due to its small size. Engine power and range are both great and can be further increased by various modes of recuperation (storing braking energy back into the battery). Uniqway's priority remains the safety of users, of whom there have been almost 3,000 since the service was launched in 2018. “All vehicles in operation are regularly disinfected and ozone generators are used to clean the interior. Sufficient disinfectant gels are always prepared for users in each vehicle and at the same time they are instructed on how best to protect themselves and their surroundings, ”describes Tereza Lukůvková, another member of the Uniqway marketing team.
