Jančura is obliged to publish the apology contained in the verdict of the court of first instance and also to pay for the costs of the proceedings.

Ing. Jančura is obliged to publish an apology in the national newspaper Hospodářské noviny and Mladá Fronta Dnes, within the 15 days from the legal force of the judgment, in the newspaper Mladá Fronta Dnes, in the box entitled "Radim Jančura apologizes to the Czech Technical University in Prague", with a font height of at least 4 mm and a text apology of at least 2 mm font height, as amended: "On 18 May 2014, on the debate on the repair of the D1 motorway in the second part of the ČT24 show, ‘Questions by Václav Moravec’ I accused the Czech Technical University in Prague of participating in a criminal plot and also some of its staff, whom I described as criminals, to work with design firms and give round stamps to any pasquil. I also indicated that there are a number of persons who are part of the ‘old crime’ at CTU in Prague and are a disgrace to CTU. For those allegations and statements that have not been proven and which I have not substantiated, I apologize to the Czech Technical University in Prague because I realize that such statements could have seriously damaged the reputation of the whole institution."
