Its members are the Czech Technical University in Prague, Charles University, Eötvös Lorand University, Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Sermmelweis University, The University of Ljubljana, The Jožef Stefan Institute, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

The documents will be the basis for future cooperation, whether an exchange of students, PhD students, teachers and researchers or joint research projects, publications and the creation of new degree programs. Both universities also plan regular meetings of leading representatives and joint activities in prestigious associations of European universities, such as SEFI, CESAER or T.I.M.E.
