CTU representatives met with the leadership of the contractor, Hochtief -VCES consortium, at the construction site during the director's inspection day at the end of February. CTU Rector prof. Petr Konvolinka personally supervises the construction at these regular monthly meetings. Besides the main user of the building, the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics, other CTU parts will find new space in the building.

The former canteen building, now dubbed building B, has fully completed superstructure. Except the service openings, it has an enclosed glass facade, which allows for heating during the colder days. Now work on the interior plasters, walls and all conduits is underway. The original façade facing the Juhoslávských partizánu street is now surrounded by the new glass courtainwall, which creates a pleasant interior space and ensures alignment of the building with its neighobrs on the street.

The completly new building A also shows noticeable progress. Roughly every two weeks, it grows by one additional storey, turning the building into a new landmark of the Victory Square.
