Robot Competition 2023 for Pupils of Upper Primary Schools: Registrations Have Been Opened - News service

The biggest and most anticipated event for children's enthusiasts for robotics, sponsored by FEE CTU and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, is coming soon. In the Robot Competition 2023, pupils of upper primary schools and the corresponding grades of multi-year grammar schools will measure their strength in the competitive discipline: who can build the best robot.

Teams of three will be tasked to construct a robot from a LEGO® MINDSTORMS® kit to best meet the competition challenge. Pupils can operate with the kit without prior knowledge, they will learn everything as they build it. The kit can even be borrowed from the FEE CTU.

Registrations have been opened, last call to register is on March 26th 2023. Teams will compete in three independent rounds on April 26th, April 27th or April 28th. Four teams from each round will advance to the finals, which will be held at the MAKER FAIRE Prague festival.

Travel costs are to be paid by the participants themselves. Refreshment buffet is provided by the organizer. Each participant will receive a souvenir T-shirt.
