After a two-year hiatus, the Faculty of Transportation Sciences has again prepared a varied programme for children as part of the Children's Transport Academy. It will be held from 11 to 15 July 2022 and is intended for children aged 9-13 years who are interested in transport and everything around it.

Witihn a week-long program taking form of a suburban camp, children can enjoy an introduction to the Faculty of Transportationion Sciences, where they will try out a variety of simulators in laboratories, raging from aviation to automotive. In the following days, they will visit Václav Havel Airport and see what the passenger does not normally see. They will become a test crew of a plane and experience many other unexpected things. Equally interesting will be a trip to Děčín, where the faculty has another workplace. Here, the participants will experience how traffic is controlled on the motorway and learn how it is possible that cars can drive themselves. A week with transportation would not be complete without an interactive programme with Prague public transport, and of course we have not forgotten about water transportation. The whole programme will be concluded with a graduation ceremony, where they will be awarded the title of Young Engineer of the Children's Transport Academy (DDA) of the CTU Faculty of Transportation Sciences. And in a few years, the faculty will welcome the opportunity to meet some of the DDA participants when they enroll to study.
