The conference is aimed at master students and doctoral students, whose diploma and research projects are focused on the areas: Biophysical Methods and Imaging, Advanced Methods for Biomedicine and Data Analyzing and Processing. The program will also feature Dr. Yu Chen, Ph.D., of the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. The second guest will be Ing. Petr Brůža, Ph.D., who currently resides at the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, USA.
The aim of the conference is to provide students with the opportunity to test their presentation skills under the professional supervision of professors and associate professors of the Department of Natural Sciences. Due to the epidemiological situation, the conference will take place in a hybrid form this year as well.
All active participants of the conference will be split into several lecture halls, which will be connected via the MS Teams solution as invited speakers and audiences will be connected via this system. An important output of the conference will also be a peer-reviewed collection of papers with a redesigned ISBN. The language of the event, including the presentation of projects, will be English.
Registration for participation on the conference is due by 30 May, 2021.
