From May 3rd, 2021, university teaching staff at Czech public and private universities (i.e. workers participating in teaching students or coming into other teaching contact with students, especially within the framework of practical, laboratory, experimental, etc. instruction) can register for vaccination in the Central Reservation System for vaccination against Covid-19.

University teaching staff obtain from their home faculty or from their home university institute the unique code, with the aid of which they can register for vaccination. The codes are valid until June 15th, 2021. This code is of importance for teaching staff who do not belong in the groups  prioritized for vaccination in accordance with the vaccination schedule.

CTU in Prague currently offers two of  its own vaccination locations in Prague. These will be the consulting room of MUDr. Lucie Jarešová on Charles  Square (Karlovo náměstí 313/8, Praha 2) from May 10th, 2021 – in this case, it is  necessary to register in advance via the central register of the Ministry, Workplace L DermamedEst (Karlovo náměstí 313/8, Praha 2), for which it is necessary to know the unique code. The  Moderna vaccine or the Pfizer/Biontech vaccine will be used. The second vaccination location will be in the Students House (Red Menza building) on the Dejvice campus – further details will be provided later. Medical facilities will be available in the event of a negative  reaction to the vaccination.

For the vaccination and for the visit to the doctor, it is necessary to present confirmation of your employment, using the standard form (click here for the standard form). University teaching staff obtain the confirmed document from their line manager at their home faculty or university institute.
