Another annual Formula Student Czech Republic competition will be held at polygon in Most from 14 to 17 August. CTU in Prague will be represented by eForce FEE Prague Formula and CTU CarTech teams.

The eForce team will defend last year's absolute victory on the circuit. They will present the eighth generation of their electric car at the races. The aerodynamic elements of the formula are designed to generate the required downforce and direct the air flow. The rear and front wing rework is designed to provide enough downforce on the front and rear axles and improve handling. Newly, a diffuser will appear on the car to help improve track times. The front wing gets a new way of gripping it to be easily removed and re-adjusted, this time the splitter is much more sophisticated and better protects the device under the floor.

The CTU CarTech team won an extraordinary award this year in Assen, the Netherlands - the  first place trophy in the Cost and Manufactoring discipline and ranked 9th in the overall scoring. In the Italian competition in Varano, the team placed third. The new formula of the students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is characterized by, among other things, lower weight and weight distribution, or a changed position of suction on the drive train.
