The Czech Technical University in Prague will be presented again this year at the National Technical Museum with interactive exhibits at the 15th annual Prague Museum Night on 9 June at 7 pm. As part of the event, the Faculty of Architecture in Dejvice will also be accessible.

Visitors of all ages will be able to see that studying science and technology at CTU in Prague can be as fun as it can be especially useful for our society. CTU will offer technical novelties, presentations of projects and attractions not to be seen elsewhere than on campus.

Visitors will try driving on a traffic simulator of the Faculty of Transportation. An attractive program for children and young visitors is prepared by students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering within their wITches project. The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering offers an interesting exposition of the so-called flying switchboard. During the evening, guests will be  also able to join the creative workshop with the photo-corner of the Faculty of Civil Engineering for both small and large and then refresh themselves at the water canal model for the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. No less attractive will be the human body exposition prepared by the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering. Visitors will be able to take printouts from the 3D printer at the Faculty of Information Technology. Space and radiation detectors as well as optical nanostructures will be presented by the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering. The Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies will display interesting publications for a wide range of visitors to the Museum Night.

The Faculty of Architecture will also join the event from 7 pm to 1:00 am with its building by architect Alena Šrámková. You will experience the faculty in a slightly different atmosphere, learning more about architecture and architects themselves through interesting exhibitions, unique lectures, prepared workshops and screenings.
