During a single week, forty girls will learn to create Web pages, work on computer graphic design, programming and create custom applications. In practice, they will try out a variety of technologies and meet primarily with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Faculty of Information Technologies of CTU. The program also poises visit to Microsoft offices or, for example, the hackaton competition.
Czech Technical University in Prague is systematically focusing on promoting technology among students of secondary schools. In previous years, a number of technically oriented events and excursions to interesting facilities were organized for girls interested in technology.
