On 2 August 2022, the Managing Authority of the Johannes Amos Comenius Programme (P JAC) announced Call No.02_22_010 MSCA Fellowships CZ to support Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions projects of the "fellowship" type, which achieved at least 70% of the total number of points in the evaluation of Horizon 2020 (call H2020-MSCA-IF-2020) and Horizon Europe, but could not be funded due to the lack of funds in the call. Background information on the MSCA-F-CZ call:
- rolling call, up to 5 application rounds, first round with a deadline of 30 November 2022
- only one aid application per applicant (one ID number) can be supported in each run
- call allocation 750 million. CZK
- 5% co-financing
- neither the minimum nor the maximum amount of the project budget is set (or the maximum amount within the call allocation)
- project duration minimum 12 months, maximum 66 months
- project completion by 31 December 2028 at the latest
Supported activities of the MSCA-F-CZ call:
Activity 1: Support for MSCA "no money" projects - arrivals to the Czech Republic
In Activity 1, it is possible to support MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (arrivals to the Czech Republic) which have been positively evaluated in the HE programme (i.e. they have received an evaluation of at least 70% of the total number of points) but could not be funded by the HE programme.
The applicant is also entitled to submit for support also MSCA Individual Fellowships - European mobility (arrivals to the Czech Republic), which have been positively evaluated in the H2020 call (H2020-MSCA-IF-2020) (i.e. they have received an evaluation of at least 70% of the total number of points), but could not be funded by the H2020 programme.
Length of mobility between 12 and 24 months.
Activity 2: Support for MSCA "no money" projects - trips from the Czech Republic
In Activity 2, it is possible to support MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (trips from the Czech Republic) which have been positively evaluated in the HE programme (i.e. they have received an evaluation of at least 70% of the total number of points inclusive), but could not be funded by the HE programme.
The applicant is also entitled to submit for support also MSCA Individual Fellowships - European mobility (trips from the Czech Republic), which have been positively evaluated in the H2020 call (H2020-MSCA-IF-2020) (i.e. they have received an evaluation of at least 70% of the total number of points), but could not be funded by the H2020 programme.
Length of mobility between 12 and 24 months.
Activity 3: Support for MSCA Global Postdoctoral Fellowships "no money" projects
In Activity 3, it is possible to support Global Postdoctoral Fellowships with a subsequent research stay, which is an integral part of the project in HE, in the Czech Republic, which have been positively evaluated in the HE programme (i.e. they have received an evaluation of at least 70% of the total number of points) but could not be funded by the HE programme.
The duration of mobility abroad is between 12 and 24 months, followed by 12 months of mobility in the Czech Republic.
