The problem with international repercussions was successfully resolved by staff at the CTU CIC.
In early September, following the deployment of new server certificates, our integration with ORCID began experiencing outages. Working closely with ORCID Support, the specialist at the CTU CIC identified the root cause and proposed a solution that restored functionality.
Thanks to this collaboration, academic institutions across Europe planning to adopt the HARICA certificates - jointly procured by GÉANT - can now proceed with confidence.
Their systems should continue to collect authenticated ORCID iDs and receive callbacks from ORCID Premium API services without disruption.
