The best CTU athletes were also announced at the concert of the CTU Singing Association in the Bethlehem Chapel on 5 December. Thank you and congratulations!

1. Ing. Arch. Anežka Paloudová – FCE, 1st year of doctoral studies - speed canoeing; 15th place at the Olympic Games in Paris in K1 500 m; 3rd place at the World Championships in Samarkand in K2 500 m, 6th place in K1 5000 m and 7th place in K4 500 m; 4. 2nd place at the European Championships in Szeged on K1 1000 m (and 5th place on K1 500 m); 2 x 2nd place at the World Cup and the Continental Olympic Qualification in Szeged; 3 x 1st place at the Czech Republic Championships in K1 200, 500 and 1000 m.

2. Ing. Dominika Hronová – FBME, 1st year of doctoral studies - Taekwondo WT; 11th place at the Olympic Games in Paris (category up to 57 kg); 3rd place at the qualification tournament for the Olympic Games; 5th place at the European Championships (category up to 53 kg); 2nd place at the World Cup Serbia Open; 5th place at the Spanish Open (G - tournament).

3. Ing. Vít Hlaváč - FBME, 2nd year of doctoral studies - athletics (walking); participation at the Olympic Games in Paris in the pairs race (not classified due to injury of a colleague - 15th place in his section among men); 34th place at the World Championships for walking teams in Antalya; 18. European Championships in Rome in the 20 km race; 3x Czech champion (5000 m indoors, 20 km, 10 km; 2x Czech record (10 km walk - 40:26.09; Marathon walking relay mix - 3:02:09 - in a pair with Eliska Martínková).

4. Antonie Galušková – FTS, 3rd year of bachelor studies - water slalom; 21st place at the Olympic Games in Paris in water slalom on a single kayak, 25th place in the kayak cross competition; 7th place at the European Championships; 6th place at the World Cup in Prague; 6th place at the World Cup in Ivrea; winner of the overall standings of the Czech Cup ČEZ Group 2024 (the highest competition in the Czech Republic).

5. Ing. Josef Kolář – FME, 1st year of doctoral studies - weightlifting; 14th place at the World Championships in Manama in the 161 kg hurdles, 16th place in the overhead and double combat; 10th place at the European Championships in Sofia in the 151 kg hurdles, two more 14. places (pitching and doubles); 1st place at the Czech Republic Championship in the market, pitching and doubles, national record in doubles with 350 kg; 1st place in the 1st Men's League with the team of TJ Holešov; broke the Czech record in the 1st Bundesliga in doubles with 351 kg.

6. Nikola Dryjáková - FBME, 3rd year of Bachelor's studies - water motorsport; 8th place at the World Championship in Olbia, Sardinia (30 countries participated); overall 3rd place at the European Championship (this is made up of 3 races: 7th place at the VC of Hungary, 3rd place at the VC of France and 2nd place at the VC of Portugal); 1st place at the German Championship among men and 2nd place among women.

7. Bc. Barbora Betlachová – MIAS, 1st year of Master's studies - speed canoeing; 1st place in K1 500m (OH discipline) at the World Championships U23 in Plovdiv, here also 2nd place in K4 500m; 1st place in K4 500m at the European Championships U23, here also 2nd place in K1 500m and 2nd place in K2 500m; 1st place in K2 500m at the Academic Championships and here also 2nd place in K1 500m.

8. Jan Kolář – FNSPE, 3rd year of bachelor studies - weightlifting; 1st place at the European Junior Championships in powerlifting in squat with 205 kg,; 7th place at the European Junior Championships in weightlifting in the market with 142 kg; 9th place in overhead with 170 kg and 9th place in double fight with 312 kg; 1st place at the Czech Championship in double fight with 308 kg.

9. Luděk Abrahám – FNSPE, 3rd year of bachelor studies - biathlon; 5th place at the Junior European Championships in the individual race over 12.5 km; 8th place at the Junior World Championships in the 10 km sprint and 5th place in the 4x 7.5 km relay; 6th and 20th place at the IBA CUP in Sweden and Austria; 5th and 6th place at the Czech Championships in roller skiing.

10. Jakub Martinák – FBME, 1st year of bachelor studies - tap; 3rd place at the World Championship in the Formation competition and also 3rd place in the Production competition (8 countries competed); in both of these competitions also 2x 1st place at the Czech Championship.

11. Lucie Sadílková – FCE, 4th year of bachelor studies - dragon boats; 2nd place at the European Junior Women's Championships up to 20 years of age on the 1 km track; 2nd place on the 2 km track, 3rd place on the 200 m track and 3rd place on the 500 m track (5 countries competed); 2 x 1st place at the Prague dragon boat festival (2 countries).

11. Bc. Miroslav Sedláček – FA, 2nd year of Master's studies - ultrarunning; 3rd place overall (2nd place among men) at K6 - Czech Ultramarathon Festival (107 km) - 12 hours; 3rd place at the Swiss Championships on the 101 km course (8 countries competed); 12th place at the Czech Championship in mountain marathon pairs.

11. Tereza Vlková – FBME, 2nd year of Bachelor's studies - athletics (long jump, triple jump); 1st place at the Men's and Women's Championship in triple jump (12.98 m); 5th place at the Long Jump Championship (6.03 m); 5. 6th place at the interstate competition in long jump (5,53m); 6th place at the interstate competition in triple jump (12,24m); 3rd place at the Men's and Women's Championship under 22 in triple jump (12,66m).
