The National Contact Centre - Gender and Science, within the framework of the STRATIN+ shared activities project, is preparing analyses of Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) in the Czech Republic. The aim of the study is to map the existence of GEPs in public and state universities and public research organisations over the years and to analyse their content, thus providing feedback to the institutions.
The document from the Institute of Sociology of the CAS contains data obtained from the analysis of publicly available gender equality plans and a number of recommendations for the future. CTU is one of the few institutions that is fully compliant.
