The President of the Republic appoints new professors. New professors appointed at CTU in Prague

In response to a proposal of the Scientific Council of CTU in Prague, seven new professors have been appointed. President Petr Pavel handed the decree of appointment to them in person in the Carolinum in Prague on Wednesday, June 21st. A total of 92 new professors were appointed.

  • doc. Ing. Karel DUŠEK, Ph.D. - Field of specialization: Materials  and technology for electrical engineering
  • doc. Ing. Václav KLIKA, Ph.D. - Field of specialization: Applied Mathematics
  • doc. Ing. Radim KOCICH, Ph.D. - Field of specialization: Production and materials engineering
  • doc. Ing. Jiří MIKYŠKA, Ph.D. - Field of specialization: Applied Mathematics
  • doc. Mgr. Aleš MRÁČEK, Ph.D. - Field of specialization: Production and materials engineering
  • doc. RNDr. Radomír PÁNEK, Ph.D. - Field of specialization: Applied physics
  • doc. Ing. Bc. Radoslav SOVJÁK, Ph.D., LL.M. - Field of specialization: Theory of building structures and materials
