Martin Mazanec, a graduate of the Faculty of Information Technology at the Czech Technical University, and his classmate Matouš Skála founded the company Fitify Workouts, which develops fitness applications. Thanks to his idea, Martin placed 30 under 30 in the prestigious Forbes Česko magazine.

Martin came to the Faculty of Information Technology a few years ago with almost zero knowledge of IT. Nevertheless, in a short time he was able to get oriented and start working on his own project. As a typical IT guy himself, he suffered from back pain, so he decided to create, originally for his personal use, an application which will make it easier to workout.

At the beginning it was only a student "side project", but gradually from a small project the company Fitify Workouts was born, which Martin founded together with his friend Matouš Skála. At Fitify Workouts, they have developed multiple Fitify Apps mobile applications that act as a home fitness trainer, making it easier to meet the desire to live differently, better and healthier.

Every month, over 800,000 users download a new and improved application called simply Fitify. This has made Fitify a great competition for giants such as Nike, Strava or Adidas for the title of the most downloaded fitness applications.

Although the startup now has 15 developers, designers, physiotherapists and fitness trainers, the goal remains the same - to spread a healthy lifestyle around the world.
