Within the IEEE RAS Summer School on Multi-Robot Systems 2019, which took place at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague from 29 July to 2 August, flights of cooperating autonomous drones were carried out by CTU scientists as well as participants of the summer school.

Attended by more than 140 students of IEEE RAS Summer School on Multi-Robot Systems 2019, scientists from the group of multirobotic systems of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague and invited speakers from the world's leading universities presented their latest findings in the field of autonomous UAV control.

Drone swarms communicating with each other and flying independently of external control were the highlight of the presentation. The group leader, Dr. Martin Saska, said on Friday's Air Day: “The aim of this event was to acquaint the world ́s professional audience, as well as industry representatives from the Czech Republic, with a unique system of cooperating drones in our everyday life. ”
