Student of Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Peter Chalupianský, devised and implemented a unique charity project called “Where is Pete?”. As part of his study program, the Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering and Management, he conducted a semester stay at Kyungpook National University in South Korea. Via his blog, in collaboration with the Konto BARIÉRY foundation, he sends special postcards from your trip. The revenue helps handicaped children.

The twenty-five year old CTU student, Peter Chalupianský, aims to connect his study stay with a useful thing. He traveled to the largest state university in Korea - Kyungpook National University in Daeguin in February this year, where he is working on his master thesis. Besides studies, Peter devotes his time to sending original greeting cards, through which, in cooperation with the Foundation Barriers Accounthe, helps finding funds for disabled children. The project has managed to collect funds for purchase of two aids for physically handicaped children and one audio amplifier.

Subscribers of the original postcards can also get a greeting card from the Jeju Island in Korea and the Philippines, and can already look forward to mailings from Japan.
Information about the campaing are available at the Kde je Péťa? blog.
