On Monday 4 November 2024, a unique fundraising evening will take place in Prague's Bethlehem Chapel, with proceeds going to support educational projects in Africa and Asia associated with Czech Technical University in Prague. The evening will combine a unique cultural experience with support for worthwhile projects.

All-star cast for a good cause

On stage will be the distinctive singer Lenka Dusilová, winner of many awards, with her acoustic guitar, the phenomenal guitarist and sound experimenter Zdeněk Bína and the acrobatic duo Sunriders suspended from the high ceiling of the temple. An auction of limited edition of Iceland photography by Daniel France will add to the evening's artistic experience. All artists have chosen to perform without charge.

Lenka Dusilová - she has been an unmissable face of the Czech art rock and pop music scene for the third decade. Zdeněk Bína - known for his multi-instrumental experiments and as a front man -123minut.
Sunriders - a duo of Nikola Šneiderová and Jonáš Janků, who imprint their own distinctive character into every movement, combining precise technical, acrobatic and choreographic performance.
Daniel Franc - the auctioned photographs are the winning images from ND Awards 2023, Tokyo International Photo Awards 2021, Czech Nature Photo, 2022.

The proceeds of the event will be distributed among the following projects:

Kashitu School Zambia - (organization Friends of New Renato, z. s.) - construction of a secondary school in Kashitu, Zambia, designed and implemented by students of Czech Technical University

Orphanage in Congo - (organization Our Children in Congo, z.s.) - construction of facilities for an orphanage in Congo, whose design was created at the hackathon at CTU and won first place in the student category World Architecture Award

Surya Solar School (Surya Organization, z.s. ) - a primary school operation in Kargyak in the Indian Himalayas that has been in operation for 16 years and originated as a thesis project at CTU

Technical Education in Development (organization Surya, z.s.) - educational support for the implementers of development and humanitarian projects abroad (including the projects above), which is also carried out in cooperation with CTU
