As part of lifelong learning, three new courses in the field of IT and cyber security will be available from September at the Czech Technical University in Prague, providing an excellent opportunity for experts and beginners alike.

The specialty of these courses, besides the high quality of teaching, is also their structure, where the classes are held once a week, all day, for five consecutive weeks, always from 9:00 to 17:00 with a break for lunch and coffee breaks. In addition, in easily accessible premises of the CTU grounds in Dejvice. Those interested can choose from the following courses:

  1. Cybersecurity - CompTIA Security+: This course provides comprehensive cybersecurity training, including threat identification, security incident management, and implementation of security measures. https://czv.cvut.cz/1740-kurz-kyberneticke-bezpecnosti-comptia-security/
  2. Linux basics: This course offers a comprehensive view of the Linux operating system and practical skills in its administration. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants will gain a solid foundation and hands-on experience with Linux. https://czv.cvut.cz/1742-kurz-zaklady-linuxu-pro-zacatecniky/
  3. CompTIA Network+ - Fundamentals of Network Engineering: This course is designed for those who want to learn about the architecture of computer networks and gain basic network management skills. https://czv.cvut.cz/1743-kurz-comptia-nework-zaklady-sitoveho-inzenyrstvi/

These courses offer not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills in IT and cyber security. Participants will receive a CTU certificate of course completion, which is a guarantee of quality and recognition on the labour market. We are also preparing the possibility of drawing on the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs subsidy of up to 82% of the course price. Course capacity is of course limited, we recommend applying early.
