The top place is all the more valuable because the individual expositions, on display on 23 and 24 November, were assessed by a committee of high school students led by an independent teacher. They evaluated visual design of the exhibition, its layout, attractiveness, clarity, staffing, information and promotional materials, accompanying programand overall impression. We are proud that CTU has ranked among top competitors every year since 2010.
CTU’s attractive exposition was unmissable, not only thanks to the activities and events held at the stand, but also due to the presentations of the representatives of CTU faculties and the Ministry of Education and Science at the lectures. The visitors and the evaluation committee were also impressed by the involvement and participation of our university in the accompanying Science for Life program, where the Faculty of Civil Engineering of CTU presented a model of a part of the Olympic Canal for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, and the Faculty of Transport of CTU presented the Air Traffic Control Simulator. The Faculty of Electrical Engineering of CTU brought a Van de Graaff generator, on which the interested parties could try what it is like to charge up to ten thousand volts. In our chill-out zone, the CTU Blue lion soft drink was served, and very welcomed and positively evaluated by the high school students.
In today's difficult times resulting from epidemiological measures and restrictions on mass events, the attendance for the first two days of the fair was 12,000 visitors, mainly high school students, while observingall applicable hygiene standards.
