The Particle Prague 2022 event offers high school students a week in the world of particle physics. In addition to the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering (FJFI), it is being organised by the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University, the CTU Institute of Technical and Experimental Physics, the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences and the Czech Physical Society.

During their week-long stay in Prague, students will visit laboratories dealing with particle and nuclear physics, talk to experts, and try out the work of a physicist in small groups during mini-projects. The event will be held in the week of 5 to 9 September 2022. For more detailed information, please visit the website of the Czech Physical Society. A sneak peak of what is to come can be The Become a particle physicist for a day event. This event will take place at the FJFI on Friday 25 March 2022 (information and registration).
