The conference once again met with great interest from students from all over the Czech Republic. In the previous year, students from more than 60 secondary schools participated, and this year’s event was equally diverse. Students presented their projects across a wide range of scientific disciplines – from the humanities to technical fields. This diversity of topics and approaches created an inspiring environment in which students, teachers and other participants exchanged experiences, ideas and professional knowledge.
The conference traditionally began with a meeting of principals and representatives of secondary schools and grammar schools with the university management. It also included a short presentation of the master’s program for teachers of technical subjects, which is taught in cooperation with several faculties of the Czech Technical University in Prague and the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies of the Czech Technical University.
The presentations of student work were on display in the premises of the faculties of mechanical and electrical engineering, this year there were 153 of them. Participants from secondary schools from all over the country had the opportunity to present the results of their work, receive valuable feedback and at the same time develop their presentation skills.
The atmosphere of the conference was very inspiring and dynamic this year.
The meeting of students, teachers, and the professional public once again confirmed the importance of this conference as a platform for supporting talented high school students and developing their interest in further studies and professional careers.
