The Prague 6 Project Day is being held today at the CTU faculties for the third time. Pupils from the 8th and 9th grades of Prague 6 elementary schools set out to explore technology – and maybe in a few years they will become our students!

The ceremonial opening of Project Day was attended by CTU Chancellor Romana Pikulová and Director of the University Kindergarten and Elementary School Lvíčata Ilona Ali Bláhová. Deputy Mayor Mariana Čapková, Head of the Education Department Marie Kubíková, and Day Coordinator Jana Matoušová greeted the students on behalf of the city district.

"Current technological developments are advancing at a rapid pace, and children growing up in the era of artificial intelligence have great potential to truly change the world. The task of technical universities, including CTU, is to develop this potential to the maximum. We offer schoolchildren a taste of our science, because nothing is more interesting than what we can try out for ourselves," says CTU Rector Michal Pěchouček.
