How to fill in the form:
- Fill in all (grey) fields.
- Print out the form and sign it.
- Take the signed form to the rectorate of CTU in Prague (Jugoslávských partyzánů 1580, left from tourniquet in the security desk of Building B) to the marked mailbox.
- You will receive the decision via e-mail provided in the application.
- If you do not receive a decision within 7 working days after submitting the application, please contact us via e-mail: ukrajina@cvut.cz, subject of the message: Financial support.
