For the fourth time, the Czech Technical University in Prague has taken part in the Scientists Night . This year's theme, happening on 6 October from 17:00 to 23:00, will be mobility. The Scientists Night, a nationwide science and technology popularization event, enables the public to get acquainted with interesting projects from the CTU workshop and offers a unique opportunity to look into areas normally inaccessible to the public.

This year's program has been prepared by a record number of faculties and institutes so far. The Faculty of Electrical Engineering, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Faculty of Information Technology will be presented at the Dejvice campus, and you can now look forward to presentation of the Masaryk Institute of Higher Studies and the CTU - CIIRC building, which for one night, will become the joint home of the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics  Faculty of Transportation and Faculty of Biomedical Engineering. In addition, the Faculty of Nuclear Science and Physical Engineering at Břehová Street in Prague 1 will be open for visit.

Last year, more than forty-eight thousand people have visited The Scientists Night in twelve cities and about two times more places . It is one of the largest events of its kind in the Czech Republic.
