The Decor project is led by Muris Sladić, a doctoral student at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU, and Sebastian Garcia from the Stratosphere Lab of the Artificial Intelligence research group at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU. Decor uses artificial intelligence and the principles of cyber deception defense to detect, confuse, and contain attackers who have already entered a corporate network. This gives defenders a more timely overview of attackers' activities and more time to react. The project won the Get Spin-off/Start-up Ready! program, which helps students and researchers turn research ideas into future startups and spin-offs.

The Get Spin-off/Start-up Ready! program, organized by CTU Technology Transfer, connects students, doctoral students, and researchers with business mentors, investors, and technology commercialization experts. 16 participants from various CTU faculties advanced to the first year, with six students from the CTU Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

The winning project Decor was created at the intersection of cutting-edge research in the field of cybersecurity and the practical needs of companies. It was developed by Muris Sladić, a doctoral student at the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the Czech Technical University, and Sebastian Garcia, head of the Stratosphere Lab. This seventeen-member research group operates within the Center for Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the Czech Technical University and has long been focused on research into cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and network technologies. The Decor project responds to increasingly frequent situations where an attacker obtains an employee's access data and gets inside a company network without arousing the suspicion of traditional security systems.
