The nuclear reactor control simulation is organized by experts from the CTU Nuclear Physics Department. Interested parties will be able to build their own reactor model and control a simulated fission reaction under their guidance.
The hydraulic model of a rowing slalom course, which the school will also present at the fair, is intended to simulate water flow without the need for expensive construction modifications. It is used as a common addition to the design phase, allowing engineers to test various obstacles, water flows and depth.
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering will present to interested parties the ExoMy robotic vehicle, which demonstrates autonomous movement in open space, i.e. the ability to move independently in an unknown or changing environment with the help of computer vision. Interested parties will also be able to get acquainted with the MARV robot, which is used by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering mainly as a reconnaissance and rescue robot.

Visitors to the Science Fair, which will start on June 4 at the Letňany exhibition center, will be able to try out simulated control of a nuclear reactor. This will be made possible by the Czech Technical University (ČVUT), which will also present, for example, a hydraulic model of a rowing slalom course and robotics demonstrations.
