The Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) has announced a selection procedure for the new head of the Jaroslav Fragner Gallery on Betlémské náměstí.
The deadline for applications is June 26, the school said in a press release. The gallery has been closed since April, and its director, Karolína Plášková, left her position at the end of March, shortly after the gallery was transferred to the administration of the Faculty of Architecture. The gallery is planned to reopen at the beginning of next year, said Kateřina Rottová from the faculty. According to Rottová, the gallery will now be directly subordinate to the Dean of the Faculty, Hlaváček. The Faculty has invited Plášková to also participate in the selection process.
