Maker Faire transformed the Exhibition Center into a sci-fi arena of cutting-edge technology

This unique, largest Czech festival of innovators, do-it-yourselfers and inventors was dedicated to the past weekend at the Exhibition Grounds. For example, there was a tournament of combat robots on the program. It presented exceptional and original robotic constructions showing what can be created with the help of modern technologies and 3D printing. The post-apocalyptic world was presented by cars that looked like from the cult sci-fi film Mad Max. They were created from the remains of old things. The robots were also presented by the Faculty of Information Technology FIT FIT CTU. The event included workshops where it was possible to make a rocket, construct a robot or work with 3D printing.
